Assalamu alaikum,

blessings on all the members of this site which teaches us to return to 'islam'. My name is Anis (spelled anees) and I am 20 years old. For the past 14 years of being pounded on the head with the 'hidden traditions' of Hadith and Sunna I have finally come to realise deep big the rabbit hole went. I first found someone on the internet who claimed to believe in Allah and his message (quran) but when I discovered he made a remark about the Hadiths as being satanic fabrications, I questioned him and later flared (like all questioned hadithers Sad ).

It made sense to me that he would only submit to Allah but I couldn't at first understand why someone would outright reject the Hadiths. Then of course I started to question whether religion is actually based on these lies or not. It made so much sense when I realised how vain we all were (sunni/shia/sufi), considering ourself the only 'umma' but not realising the horrible and monstrous example we provide. I realised that all this filth (child bride marriagees in Pakistan/Yemen, stoning, beheading, terrorism...tc) could actually be logically defended if and only if one follows the corrupt Hadiths!

I was convinced in my heart that I have been lied to but was still fearful if I was leading to kufr (indoctrination is a powerful thing). Alhamdollillah, I have read most of your articles and many others all over the internet and I am convinced I could not be doing anything wrong.

I know we are few but by the grace of Allah, the almighty, we can spread the message, even if they choose to hurt us or even behead us (Hadith allows for killing 'apostates'). I would like to thank you AhmedBahgat especially for your research and the topics in which you repudiate silly Hadith claims. Thank you all for whatever contribution you might have done to add to this great return to the true faith, salam.

Dear brother Anees

Welcome to free islam dear brother, and thank you for you nice words, yet describing our struggle to reclaim back our great religion.

We have some sort of connection mate, my name is Ahmed Fayez Anees Bahgat, but I spell Anees, as Anis, Anis is my grandfather directly, so a nice coincidence in here

Yes dear bro we must continue to fight and expose their flaws, deceptions, lies and fabrications against our religion and our prophet, we have nothing else to do but to fight and we must give them a great fight, talking nice to them will take us no where because most of those Mushrikoon are criminals who are not shy of doing and saying anything shameful

Take care mate, and btw you are the smae age as my eldest daughter

Note, do you understand Arabic if you read it of here it?

Salam

hehe, it's good to see our names coincide. I used to think that my name was relatively uncommon. Anyway, yes I speak Arabic because I'm from Morocco. In Morocco we follow the 'Math hab' Maliki (abu da3arat malik w rada3at azwaj anabiy, wal 3iyadu billah).

The mushrikoon are criminals but I think this is mostly the scholars. Unfortunately, I just recently realised that sunna/shia is wrong so I still have to tell my family, I have no idea how they would react, I fear it would not go well Crying or Very sad I think most of them are not criminals but they simply don't realise because they were never challenged. I was recently and soon came to realise that I was wrong, I'm a reasonable person. Everyday now I pray that Allah would lead them to the light but I live and study in the UK and I only go back home in the summer. We'll see what happens when I tell them and I will surely tell them.

I hate the fact that both my grandmother and father performed Hajj. Allah tells us to make Hajj but not in the way it is now. Where did the stone come from? Why do we have to kiss it and cry? Why pray at maqam nabi? Why rajm shaytan? It doesn't make sense and I pray Allah forgives them, they simply didn't know.

But we generally never even mention the word Sunnah in our family yet most of us were relatively devout (salat/peayer/reciting/fasting). We just blindly followed the only Islamic model we knew. I mostly and others even never read the Hadiths, we were only shown the GOOD ones, never the bad ones! Then I read about Aysha's age and had SEVERE doubts in my heart and felt like suffocating.

But one thing I remember my father OPENLY said to me was that Abu Huraira was a liar. He told me the story of whem Omar held him from his neck and asked him 'where did you get all this? we found you barefoot and naked'. So I believe my father may have secretly known, I still have to ask.

Jazakllah khayran ya Ahmad and I hope that I can contribute in re-spreading Islam in the world through peaceful methods that don't involve theft of land and slaughter like our forefathers did (Tha9af, 7ajjaj, Tare9 bin Zayd, Mu3awiyah...). Salam.
