3.121 - And when you left your family at daybreak to assign the believers to the positions for war. And Allah is Hearing, Knowing. 3.122 - When two parties from among you were about to fail, but Allah was their Guardian. And upon Allah the believers should rely. 3.123 - And Allah has certainly made you victorious at Badr while you were weak. So fear Allah; (and) perhaps you give thanks. 3.124 - When you said to the believers: Is it not sufficient for you that your Lord may provide you with three thousand angels sent down? 3.125 - Yes, if you be patient and fear, and they (the enemy) rush to you in rage, your Lord may provide you with five thousand angels with marks. 3.126 - And Allah did not make it except as good tidings for you, and to assure your hearts thereby. And victory is only from Allah, the Mighty, the Wise. 3.127 - That He may sever a portion of those who have disbelieved, or abase them so that they should return disappointed. 3.128 - Not for you is anything of the decision whether He accepts their repentance or castigates them, for indeed, they are unjust. 3.129 - And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. He forgives whom He wills and castigates whom He wills; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 3.130 - O you who have believed! Do not eat usury, doubled and multiplied. And fear Allah that you may succeed.
